Great products, everything fit my bike perfectly.

This company is not a fair and stable company. I paid 1 parcel for 1 product last year because of the mistake I made. After this incident, they said to me, "If you had informed me beforehand, we could have gathered all the products together". In order not to encounter the same problem this year, I sent an e-mail to contact me as soon as I took my products to this warehouse, but they did not deign to return to my e-mail. Then I contacted again in order not to bear the extra fee. Of course, since my products were stored in pairs, I was charged 5-6 times the price I would pay. I insisted that I wanted to pay for it. on top of that, they covered half of it themselves. but even though it was not my fault, I had to pay 4 times the price. Also, their way of speaking was not professional at all. They have a way of getting into a quarrel with me. There is never any customer satisfaction, there is even a threat that they will destroy my products when I say that I will not do what they say. I started to work with this company by reference, but I never think of working with them again.
