We found WareSpace via Instagram. We thought it was a great idea and concept so we decided to give them a call. To our surprise, this was a new building with available spaces. We were refused so many times by other property owners and facilities, but when we shared our needs with Cashana Huffins (Property Manager), she immediately helped us solve a major problem and that was finding a location to accommodate our business model.

From start to current day, Cashana has been a total joy to work with! She’s always prepared to help and get things done on our behalf.

WareSpace offers its tenants ease in doing business. It’s like they have figured out the headaches most business owners endure and they have removed those road blocks.

Thank you KHADIJA!!! I manage operations for a business housed at a Warespace facility, and the experience has been excellent. The warehouse is well-equipped with everything we need, from forklifts to climate-controlled storage, and the staff is always helpful and attentive. I’ve had nothing but negative experiences with Khadijah, the new manager at Warespace. Since she replaced Jamar, the tone of management has taken a nosedive. Khadijah is consistently rude and snarky in her communication, making simple requests feel like a chore. She also has a shocking inability to fulfill requests in a timely manner and is rarely in her office when needed.

The tipping point? She admitted to writing “return to sender” on all my packages on purpose less than 24 hours after I moved out. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. While the space itself isn’t bad, I strongly recommend checking out the building next door for better management.
