I had pleasant experience at this shipper. At first I was a bit concerned that they were only loading from one door and there were about four trucks waiting to be loaded. They had me loaded in under two hours. Great job!

Great place to pick up from. I arrived the night before 10/15/24 and the security lady was very nice we laughed and joked around a few minutes and she told me to park in the little circle up the street and told me I could get in line at 5:30a.m. and they start at 6:00 a.m. I immediately got a door and the loading only took about 30 minutes the lady in shipping was very friendly we talked about football and our kids so my experience here was very good and I would definitely come back. No parking at the facility but they have a little space up the street.

Security lady was very nice. Quick check in and received a door 2hrs before my appointment. That doesn't mean it's a normal thing. Quick loading, very friendly shipping clerk.

The girl at the gate was very friendly, as were the guys at the unloading area, very fast and friendly, 30 minutes in and out.

Relatively a fast in and out. If it's after 8ish, they lock the gates.

Call the number that's on the shack window to get security. Someone usually comes in 5 mins or so.

Open your doors and the give the guard your pickup# and drop your empty and pick up loaded container.

I have no idea about the process in the daytime since I primarily go at night.

Security staff are friendly.

212 address is the first building when you make a left off liberty security here will help you back up to go to the right place there's a kennel down liberty if you have a pet not allowed on there property
