Nice, smooth delivery. Gave me dock 4, and it was a bit tight because of the way the employees at the scaffold place park. However, the entrance was clear, so I had room to stage. Now I'm sitting here and watching more of the employees across the way take up even more room, and I can see how it could be infuriatingly tight for full sized trucks coming here. This company is worst they don’t care about the customers they want only money customers service so bad management terrible. Very slow and pay attention before you load your products make sure check the products vegetables are not fresh sweet potatoes old still they sell it, okra, eggplant old not fresh, groceries they put in your pallet short date or expired. Then when you return they don’t accept that’s they do of this company. So that they can sell the expired products. Manager of this company don’t know how to handle the problems. Pay attention they have a lot of expired products here. You rather go to Golden Country, same area . Jfc or Chicago oriental they are good company they will honor the short date when you return. I heard they changed the date or deleted.

This company installed an earsplitting alarm on one of their abandoned buildings in my
neighborhood that is blaring 24/7. Thanks to the Sun reporting on it, we know who it belongs to. It’s meant to annoy residents at the migrant shelter across the street. Miserable to walk by it,so I can’t imagine hearing it at the shelter all day and all night. There are kids living here… Truong, be a better neighbor!

Visited this place on July 13th and submitted all required documents to open up an account. The lady informed I will get an email or call in 48 hrs but never received any. The phone number doesn’t connect and gets dropped in between. Visiting them is a challenge as its more than an hour of drive. I hope they contact me by seeing the review!

Beware of this company. They treat their laborers like animals. All the laborers are Latino American and black American. All the staff are Asian. The staff which are all Asian treat the laborers which are all latino and black like animals. They scream and talk down on us they can treat you as bad as they want to but if you so much as roll an eye because you felt bad for the way they treated you they will fire you on the spot. I advise all my Latino people that work here or are customers to boycott. Food is important but so is our dignity as a people. I advice all our black Americans brothers to also avoid buying or working here for the same reasons food is important but so is your dignity and value as a person and customers.

Update from two to four stars 2/4/2019: I have started having a better experience over all. They started becoming less ignorant. I will update my four stars to 5 if they keep treating us fairly.

Two stars, like in Asia you can't really return any of their products even if you have a legitimate reason to do so. Takes half hour to 2 hours to get your items loaded and you are pretty much on your own after the pallet is left behind your vehicle for you to load it yourselves. Some items are priced higher than others.

The good side: they are at least somewhat willing to do their parts such as fulfilling their duties. The place is organized, clean, pleasant, and customer oriented.
