Not a bad place to deliver to as far as the associates are concerned, but be prepared mentally if you have to deliver to the cooler. You need to come from the I55 corridor so there's no need to turn around. Park on the "wrong" side of the street and walk in to check in. You have to then open your doors so you can back into the building. VERY TIGHT, take your time, traffic coming from both directions. Wait until the traffic clears going east then start your backing process. DO NOT ANGLE INTO THE BUILDING. You must be perfectly aligned before entering to avoid damage to your doors. Be careful of the cut out portion of the stairs, keep lined up to the yellow marks on the door. Good luck, experienced drivers only need attempt. These are the cooler doors. Face West direction looking at opposing traffic to get in.

There's not a method to write a review unless you select a star, otherwise I would put zero stars. Battaglia trucker repeatedly parks on our residential street which is specifically posted "NO TRUCKS." Residents paid thousands of dollars to have our street redone & Battaglia truck/truckers refuse to obey signage, thereby deteriorating our RESIDENTIAL STREET!

Battaglia truck has blocked the very busy alley/parking lot at 5255 W 95th Street in Oak Lawn on numerous occasions for the better part of an hour. Other times they park in handicapped spaces. Have complained to management but doesn’t do any good. When I complained to the driver today, he said “blah, blah, blah - I’m going to be here all day”. This alley services the ATI I go to and a very busy restaurant - blocking the alley affects many drivers.

My brother inkaw found this place by accident and bought some Italian sausage links that we absolutely loved. Our problem is we live in Houston so my last trip I had to restock. I bought a case of mild and hot authentic Italian sausage and flew 20 pounds back home with me. I was happy to be able to do business with them

Unloading was fast but you have to wait in the middle of Ashland Ave and almost block four lanes to back in the parking area where the problem starts to turn one more time to a tight turn and dark alley dock …… good luck dear truckers!

Had a semi of theirs cut off 3 lanes of traffic to turn right, no turn signal, during an emergency on the road. Tried to call and the lady answering the phone can’t figure out how to actually listen or even understand what a semi is. This driver is going to end up killing someone. Trailer 48-600
