Keim is supposed to be a Christian and family supported trucking company. My experience as a trainee is that they will hold that against you in Jasper ,TN. They will have a predetermined judgement against you and treat you badly if you are a believer. I have a huge list of insane situations but here are just a couple. I had two trainers. Both were horrible people and their goal was not to train me. During the first week my trainer had me park in the customers parking lot the night before without giving me the opportunity to use the restroom or letting me know the plan. There were no restrooms around . He suggested I defecate in a Walmart bag in the customers parking in 10 degree weather begins the trailer. When I expressed concern he made it seem like I had a bad attitude and it went downhill from there. I did however urinate in countless plastic bottles because I had no choice. He wouldn’t allow us to stop . The other trainer had a problem communicating. He would speak in broken English and expect me to understand what he wanted me to do. He would scream and yell directions like I’ve done this before. I’m supposed be trained what to do. Unless you like peeing in bottles and pooping in bags STAY away from this company. It’s about as far away from God as you can get.

I worked for keim ts never got pay promised and kept my last check for over 1100 dollars for all kinds of made up expenses just because I left within a year! Do not recommend for employment or hire
