3 HOURS FOR 6 PALLETS! Make this make sense. If you can’t count six pallets of goods, HIRE MORE PEOPLE. I’ve been unloaded, I’ve already paid the lumper fee and now I’m being held hostage for over 2 hours now. WHY?!? IF THERE IS A COUNT ISSUE TAKE IT UP WITH THE VENDOR. The driver can do nothing about it. DO BETTER!

Very slow unload appt 8am doneby 12:30 recived paperword by 2:30 6 and half hours for 1 trailer thats unforgivable plus i missed my next load now dont have load and my whole day is wasted.

Worse place to ever deliver. Make sure you come here if you want to reset your 10hrs. Appointment was at 6am, arrived at 5:30…. It’s 10:30am and I’m still here waiting on paperwork. GOOD LUCK!

Would not recommend this company for equipment repair, as their customer service was very poor. Dropped off my equipment I use for my business and explained the issue in detail. After 1 week, I received no update, call or email, even after I left a few voicemails for Eric in their equipment repair department. After 2 weeks and no response, I had to call 5 times in one day to try to get a live person to assist me. Finally got ahold of a person but not the supervisor. The ticket # I was given couldn't find my equipment to provide me with an update but later said equipment would be ready for pick in a few days. Went to pick it up and they said it was working fine. I asked Eric why wasn't I called if they couldn't find the issue so I can explain what is happening. Or even returned my numerous voicemails? His response was "I don't know". He had no other information and said it was working. Just awful service and waste of time!

When I checked the equipment at home it still had the same issue. Don't bother with this company as they have no follow-up, or accountability and poor customer service!
