Have had a storage unit close to home for about 12 years and recently found Paradise Climate Storage. While it is about 20 minutes away, the rates are half what I was paying, the facility is extremely clean, digitally secured, and having climate control is a major improvement for keeping the furniture we have stored.

The rates are extremely low for climate controlled storage.

The customer service is fantastic. If they cannot answer the phone immediately, they call you back in a matter of minutes.

We have watched the storage go in from the ground up and moving our boat and climate controlled storage unit closer and to one location was ideal for us. An added plus and draw for us is 24 hour access and the whole area being gated and high security. Working with Josh was a pleasure. His demeanor and customer service are top notch! Everything was simple as far as renting unit quickly got access to unit couldn’t get my gate code to work at first but I called third ring someone answered me and quickly gave me a different code very clean still smells new inside everything good so far I’d give them 5 stars
