I’ve been working with Ami from KTI for quite some time now, and it has always been a pleasure. We have stumbled onto a couple of unpleasant situations e.g not picking up a load for mechanical/technical reasons but Ami has always been very professional and understanding of the situation. Very good shippers and receivers, never had any issues with set appointments or pickup numbers.

We do some dedicated lanes for bunch of other brokers and in the last year almost 90% of the brokers have reduced the rate on us. Only Ami has kept the original rate and mind you the lane in question is a VERY high demand lane and the rate is more than appropriate.

I look forward to continuing our partnership and highly recommend them to other carriers looking for a trustworthy and efficient broker.

We (GS Trucking LLC) started working with Ami, Stefanie and Miss Rhonda at the beginning of 2023 and we have been highly impressed with their commitment to customer service and taking care of us when a problem arises. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions when a shipper/receiver doesn’t do their job and they get it taken care of very quickly and efficiently. Very unprofessional and no respect was so ever.
This type brokers should not be in this buisness.
They think as carriers need them.
Let me tell you I been int this buisness since 1977 AND DEFENETLY DO NOT NEED YOU OR BROKERS LIKE YOU.

Let’s just say.. things that happens when brokers don’t properly communicate with customers and or drivers/dispatchers; it usually end bad for the driver. I must say Ann from KTI worked diligently to solidify the entire situation on both ends and I must say I’m very impressed and as long as I’m under her care I will most certainly ride to the wheels fall off!! She made me feel like more than a truck driver!!!!!

KTI is a company that does not take care of the drivers they get you to a receiver and just leave you there they don't pay or try to try to compensate you for your time and they don't take care of you all they want to do is bug you with their micro point and do all these things but they don't take care of their drivers is a terrible company I'll never do this again.

Received a call from them and when I called back to see why they called me lady on the other line was very rude and unhelpful she just said I don't know why we called you and hung up.
