R&R was very easy to communicate with and accommodated my indefinite moving date. When billed from date of reservation rather from date of first use, it was quick and easy to get that changed to the correct prorated first month amount. Great service and dependability.

Nice place. Clean and easily accessible. However, tools started showing rust fairly quickly and had to move those...so humidity inside the storage facility was probably a little higher than past facilities we have used. They aren't climate controlled, so if course you can expect more humidity, but this was seen fairly quickly.

Edited: This storage was for my husband's job as a power tool rep in the Southeastern region. So the storage facility is under the company name and paid for by the company (Either Festool or ToolTechnic). The storage facility saw my review and immediately responded trying to help. So, that's pretty impressive. My husband just accepted a new position with another company last week, so isn't in need of another storage solution. Thanks!

They’ve been absolutely wonderful. When I rented my unit online it had me choose a due date for the rent. There’s a cutoff date I wasn’t aware of but it allowed me to choose a date after that. I was locked out of the gate because the system was showing I was late but it just hadn’t been taken out yet. She answered on a weekend at an odd hour and immediately fixed it. I have a climate controlled unit and I feel like my belongings are completely safe here!

This facility is the cleanest facility I’ve ever stored my belongings in. The customer service is A1 tip top. They work with you and understand life throws curve balls. They’re prices are not bad. Amazing service! I am beyond amazed how quick and easy it is to be assigned a unit over the weekend and after business hours with 24-7 services. I really love the many convenient locations instead of having to go across town due to one location! Amazing customer service!
