Quick unload appt 8am arrive at 7am bol in hand 815am. Gate locked during closed hrs, street parking available. I didn't notice any restrooms or Porta potty and I didn't ask

Appointment time was 6p.m eastern time arrived at 2p.m eastern time gave a me a door right away and started loading me 10 minutes later. Check in people were friendly and nice. All and all a pretty nice experience. Maybe because I run cargo containers most of my pick ups at americold logistics are fairly similar. Normal load time for me is almost always about 2 1/2 hours give or take an hour here or there.

My overall experience was good. The whole process was pretty smooth. The unloader came out and got me when he was ready for me. My appointment was for 1300 and I got there at 5am and was out by 10am. It worked out for me because it was an overnight run so I was able to sleep while I waited to be docked and get unloaded. STAGING AREA BETWEEN DOCK DOORS 9 & 10 ?

Arrived night before for 7am appointment, gates open at 5am but office opens at 7am ,nice lady in office was very helpful, got a door and was unloaded 2 and a half hours max,overnight parking outside gate ,US FOOD is across from Americold...

For a 6:00 pm Appointment didn’t get load till 11:00 pm . 2nd time I have been there last time it took 12 hours to get loaded. Driver beware . Go at own Risk .

I think this is the fastest americold on planet Earth. Well..it was.. at least for me. Arrived at 6.50 for 7 appointment. Got door straight away was done by 7.45. they even come out n give u paperwork so u can get out of their property and so they can attend other trucks lining up. Employee's are friendly.

I think the people who are writing the reviews that state this place as the fastest for load time are either staff or workers. I am here every week and their is nothing fast about this place except how fast they can get out to smoke. Almost every week I sit here with drivers who are stressed because we get in a door 1 to 2 hours after the appointment time and then wait another 4 to 8 hours before we are loaded. Suppliers and buyers need to find another place to do business. Out of all the places I have picked up loads through my years as a Truck driver this place is really the worst. I do give credit to the people because the one thing I do notice is they are friendly just wish I didn't loose my time on the road because I am always sitting here for about a day. Electronic log that. Yea paid by the mile
