Company won’t sell to you if you do not fabricate counter tops. I needed 200 panels for a project. Apparently management feels they have enough money.

The warehouse employee was very helpful when I picked out my slabs at the Slabco Travelers Rest location. It took me some time to make the right decision. I picked out the perfect slabs for my kitchen and they put them on hold for me which is the normal process.

When my fabricator had them delivered to his shop, they sent different slabs. They sold my slabs to another customer!!! As you can imagine, I was quite upset. With natural stone every slab is different. Now I was stuck with 2 slabs that I felt were inferior to the ones I originally picked out.

According to my fabricator, the employees were rude when he brought this to their attention. They didn't seem to care at all. They did not offer any type of discount on the inferior product nor did they offer an apology. No one has contacted me directly.

Since this happened to me, I have heard of another person they did the same thing to. This is very disappointing. I won't be using this company again.
