Laid about 50 drivers in August no notice nothing. Drivers just told to clean out their trucks. I put 2 week notice in and now I'm being punished. Not even 1000 miles. Started out good but went to crap. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I believe they're on the verge of going under. Poor management

Had a driver come here to deliver a trailer that they needed urgently. My driver gets there, get greeted by staff told to put the trailer in a certain spot, and after he backs up, the staff member says he's going to lunch and he'll be back in a while because everyone there goes to lunch at the same time. No reason to hold my driver when someone else can come inspect the trailer and do a split lunch or don't tell carriers to arrive at a certain time when that is your lunch time. My driver needs his lunch break too.

They are not a bad company but I can’t work with a dispatcher who can’t answer her phone nor texts messages when trying to communicate with her and then ask to be moved over claiming she can’t do it but I have nothing but up most respect for the company and the rest of the staff Rod is a awesome dispatcher to work with

I know a few Drivers that love this Company! But I think you all should get a Rider Program! The majority of your Drivers are Males and the road gets lonely! Allow them to legally have a woman ride with them!
