Absolutely fantastic service from SIG in particular from Luke Day. I had a unique query regarding an obsolete product and a purchase from 2021!! Whilst he could have very easily told me that there was nothing they could do to help because the purchase was so old (which many places would have done)… he owned it could not have been any more helpful. He went above and beyond to investigate my query, speak with manufacturers and provide me with vital information that I needed.
When I thanked Luke for going above and beyond, he didn’t think he had. “I'm only doing my job” which is even more impressive. This high level of customer service is rare these days. Thanks Luke!

Disgusted and shocked. Two stars because some staff are very nice and don’t deserve to be grouped with those lazy rude yard staff that let the team down. The outside yard staff all but alec were disgusting to say the least. I have been to every penlaw in the country and have never been treated like i have today. No sign telling you not to pull in the yard, and every other penlaw you do pull in the yard to load up and get your materials, after you get the ticket from the reception/trade office I was verbally attacked for being in the yard and told to leave, while not being able to ask where the trade office is. Staff ignored me and walked away. I took my van out and parked on a public street. I then go and get the ticket and order organized, i was then instructed by very pleasant lady upstairs to wait in my van till someone comes and gets me. I got in my van and waited got to penlaw at 10:05 its now 11:52 and ive only just being able to leave. Absolutely Ridiculous. Customer service training for staff and maybe some investment in signs. Worst penlaw branch by far.

Disgraceful behaviour from one of your employees this morning in Chalkwell road, sittingbourne, Kent. The language he used towards a bus driver carrying school children was disgusting, not to mention the poor children walking to school who also witnessed this. If the driver can't be courteous then maybe he shouldn't be in control of an extremely large vehicle in a residential area in rush hour!

I deliver plasterboard to this site, great lads on site! Yard is on the small side but can get 2 artics in at a time! Reverse back out with a banksman! Quick efficient tip! ?

Good range of k rend products. Small amount of tools in stock mainly Refina and Ox, trowels spats and levels, (Enough to get you out if trouble.)
