An absolute joy to deal with from Jon last year to Harvey this year in raising local awareness for my business. Extremely patient with all my requests/changes and they explain everything thoroughly.

Their operation is slick too. You can see for yourself when they invite you along on a ride-along to see their teams in action doing exactly what you've paid them to do..nothing to hide with these guys! Along with real-time videos to your phone showing their team diligently putting your leaflets through doors, you can rest assured you are 100% getting what you've paid for.

Real gents to deal with. Can't recommend them enough as people and as a business.

A former CLIENT:

We started working with JogPost to distribute our leaflets in 2017. At that point in time they were excellent.

Since then their business standards, morals and basic business principles have brought their organisation down to the gutter. I would now class them as a bunch of crooks.

In a recent distribution of ours, JogPost claimed that 7 people would be on the job, there were only 4. The 4 people on the job were all children / university students. I know this as I spoke with them during the ride along service. Some of the kids were very polite young boys/girls; others clearly did not want to be there.

We had a text message from the supervisor who managed our job to say that the distribution was not completed at the end of the day but he would tell JogPost’s central office to send out 2 more distributors on the following day.

After a few weeks, we contacted their JogPost’s central office for a report and for a confirmation that our distribution was completed.

They admitted that they did not complete the distribution.

They offered to re-do the areas which, after much deliberation, we declined. Advertising works best for our business at a certain time of year so it would not be worth the money and we politely requested a partial refund. They declined our request for a partial refund. Despite admitting that it was a disastrous campaign due to all of the errors that they made (we have audio phone recordings of their admissions), they stated their policy was to not offer refunds.

The founders/owners of the company are no longer involved in JogPost's day-to-day activities anymore so the people that operate it are running the business into the ground. They have eroded the standards that helped to build their business and have business principles of common grifters.

No one likes to be ripped off regardless of how big or small the monetary amount is. We would take them to court and use our evidence (the audio phone recordings) to get our money back. However, I, as the owner/operator of the business do not have enough time in the day to do so.

We might, instead, send our evidence and our story to BBC Rogue Traders so that other businesses can be made aware of Jogpost's practices.

My advice to any business owner: avoid working with JogPost.

We had 25000 leaflets delivered in one day for me was a bit suspicious where are a roofing company which specialises in all-roofing we had the leaflets delivered three weeks before Christmas without for storms . I haven’t heard one phone call to me. Something is seriously wrong. I’ve spoken to previous customers and the same thing is happened to them more advice I would not use them because the other customers I’ve spoken to Sid they followed up the distributors, the founder of six or seven wasn’t cover in the area properly. I won’t be using them again, waste of money and waste of Leaflets.

I am not a customer, but I was a previous employee at jogpost and i can tell you - DO NOT LET THEM POST YOUR FLYERS. At most, 75% of flyers will be distributed - I have observed multiple instances of supervisors themselves throwing flyers away and even telling me to throw mine away in order to meet a quota. They do an incredible job at appearing to be smooth and efficient, and of course you will feel satisfied as they have hidden the real truth from you. On top of this they treat their workers like indispensable slave labour. I would highly recommend another service such as Imperial distribution, as they ensure that we wear go pros so you can be sure the flyers are going where they need to. When I worked here I would throw away all the flyers given to me most of the time and just walk around so the gps could record it. DO NOT USE JOGPOST
