Such a lovely experience. I was a bit worried I may not be able to collect my order on foot when I saw the number of vans pulling in! However very organised, a small section of Car park is set aside for click and collect orders. I was escorted off site by a lovely gent who made sure none of the delivery vans made me jump! Worth saving home delivery charges at £1 collect slots available.

This is a van delivery site for Tesco and not a regular store which is well advertised if you ask me. Will use this service again.

Absolutely appalling service from a regular customer. It’s now 9.10 pm and I’m still waiting for my online order that should have been here between 3-4pm. Just been told it “should “ hopefully be here by 10pm. I am almost 70 and waiting to go to bed but very nicely told by an agent “sorry I can’t rearrange it” despite it being almost 7 hours late now. 3 times I have phoned Tesco since 4.30, each time having to hold for 15 minutes while they “phone the Greenford distribution centre as there are NO updates on the record”. Anyone could accept things happen but good customer service is essential. Oh by the way they have sent me a £5 voucher as “a goodwill gesture”. That really helps!!!!

Unfair and always looking to give disciplinaries
Given a disciplinary for praying outside when I finished my first run, as the drive back was 2hrs long due to road works. Also for stopping quickly at the shop to get something when I started my run 15 mins early and was only there for about 5 minutes, and going to the toilet after that run. ALL classified as unauthorised stops, including praying and going to the toilet mind you.
When I said I think that is racist (referring to the policy and NOT the manager) I was given a further disciplinary. When I went into the meeting with that second manager he was very biased and clearly taking sides with the previous manager saying I called her racist, even though this was not even mentioned in the notes taken by the notetaker. His name is Tarlock and the female manager that classed everything as unauthorised stops is Claudia.
