Very impersonal. No real contact, they have filing cabinet with bills in them and if you have any problems then use the 4 numbers they give you.
My gross weight was over by 1k and I came back but no one answered any of the numbers or the door. Had to wait 2hrs b4 I got help.

App at 11.30 pre ld was there 9hrs.wouldnt like to come back. Yard is small but they make it work. Office people tell what you want to hear and still no results. They are nice and they have overnight parking.

First time pick up. Shipping and Yard driver provide great customer service. Glad I went the first time to yard during day light hours, yard quite small. Yard driver is on the spot to direct and assist all drivers!! Made pick up in and out in no time. Awesome team work!

They don't have a concept of time they day shift guy said 2 hrs and we will be done. 3 hrs later Night shift came in and said 2 - 21/2 hrs and it will be done. 3.25 hrs later they got my trailer loaded finally. Other then that the people are really nice and informative about whats int the area and where semi's can park.

I will NEVER use Braun's Express for shipping anything EVER AGAIN! I scheduled a very high priority shipment with them on a Monday and was told it was a 1-2 transit (this is why I scheduled it here), little did I know that was not the case!! Needless to say, it took 1 week and 2 days for this to arrive and it didn't even arrive to my customer, my customer had to pick the load up themselves from their Maryland terminal. Kept getting the run around on when it would arrive. Terrible communication and not professional. Very disappointed with this company! Will have to back charge them for the days missed with this shipment. Would NOT recommend

It's going to take a while to load, I believe the BOL said 4-6 hours? But you can drop your trailer and stay at the pilot for a shower, etc. Don't tell them you're going to take your 10hr break because they won't load you quickly. Just say you're getting some fuel its food and be right back 😂 tricks of the trade

everytime Western express sent me here to pick up i was almost want to cry. they are so slow i mean you could spend 2 days of here it pains me. i can never go back if its not drop and hook. there is what western express DM call pre Loaded at this place don't fall for it you'll wait 24hours.
