I was very pleased with the friendly, helpful service we received at this U-Haul rental site. We were able to get our rental trailer quickl;y and easily. I put all of my belongings in storage at the Dallas location. Couldn't pay my bill because I was homeless at the time and I begged for my things to not be auctioned off. I even contacted the owner whom I've know for the majority of my life and was best friends with her sister when I was in middle school, her deceased father was also my father's boss for his entire career as a truck driver for a local lumber company. I was told that they ask that the person who purchases the unit at auction to leave behind any pictures or important documentation i.e birth certificates etc.nothing was left and I found my belongings for sale at a thrift store a couple months later and my pictures and documents were not left behind for me like requested. This place should be shut down due to poor management and for lying to struggling customers. I begged for the to work with me on the payment because I wasn't abandoning my belongings, I was just in a hardship at the moment. To the Graham family, your father would be so very disappointed in this behavior. He was a good man and would have never ever done me this way. Zero stars!

I have been renting an LG climate controlled storage unit from Beth, then Molly since 2014. I can't praise them enough!! I live out of state & I haven't worried a single min. They take very good care of the last of my dad's belongings. I could move them to my location, but I just don't like to start over bldg a trusting relationship with new people. You can trust Alpha Omega Stor-All . They treat your belongings as if they belong to them.
