Crazy aggressive, nearly insane employees. Had one yelling and screaming at me... this company needs to run back ground checks or screen employees. At least install dash cams to catch the ridiculous employees

This company robs its drivers as brokers. They are taking too much of a percentage off the loads. It’s illegal and I contacted the FMCSA to pull the rate cons to show how the drivers are being mishandled.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Usually I wouldn't waste time and energy writing reviews but this company business tactics are next to fraudulent. If you are thinking about contracting with them don't do it. They will tell you that you'll get 50-60% of the book rate but will not reveal to you what the book rate is. I contracted a cargo van with them and instead of them giving me van work they loaded me down with 20 cars worth of deliveries and paid me $15 for an entire days work. This has to be the most insulting thing ever. The communication is zero when it comes to this company. I'm very punctual and like to get a clear understanding of what's going on. If you drive for them look to be all over the place. Now as a business man I understand that the end goal is to make money but, you have to provide a good quality product or service. This company has forgotten a very important rule in business. The people are your true assets. Without them there's no business. No business, no profit! The companies backbone is it's contractors. They don't own enough fleet vehicles to increase productivity which is why they try and get as many people to contract their vehicles with them. I'll say this to courier connection Greed will lead your entire company to it's own destruction. You'll get away with it for a little while but trust me you're digging a hole. Keep the rest of that money you guys owe my company.

Liars! Do not work here.... they will not pay you and complain about telling you your pay! They lied from beginning to end. Do not trust this company. Contractors go somewhere else. 60mile run that they said was 33miles paid me $17!!!!!! In what world is that ok? Even Uber pays more than that. You guys suck! Stop using People and lying. Yes I still need my $17 thanks.

Pros-I had the opportunity to meet my trainer William, who was very knowledgeable of the company and the job functions.

Cons-Unfortunately on my first assignment I was involved in an accident where I totaled my vehicle. The company was contacted within the hour of the incident. I was transported to the hospital with minor injuries and I still delivered the packaged as instructed. I never received a phone call from ANYONE representing the company to see if I was dead or alive. I later called the company several times as well as Garrett Jamieson's cell phone in an attempt to speak with someone and had to leave numerous messages, with no return call as of this date. I later received a letter detailing my termination from the company. I returned the property and on that day I spoke with Garrett Jamieson whom stated that he attempted to call me and that I never called him and that "his cell phone doesn't get good reception". While speaking with Mr. Jamieson the "VP" walked in and stood by listening and when he saw that the conversation was not a good one he excused himself and left the room. This is not the way to conduct business with your contractors . Totally disappointed in this company.

These people are just horrible. Very poor customer service especially at supervisory management and most drivers appear as though they were just released as convicts from prison and many smell with heavy body odor. Can't stress enough what a shoddy operation this courier company is. High percentage of late arrivals to do pickups and no proactive communication that a late pick-up will occur.

Only positive is they do accept orders 24/7 and are not on country club dispatch hours like many other couriers in metro Atlanta.
