Great company to work with and amazing people like Austin L! So many ins and outs in the transportation world. So many uncontrollable circumstances. Too many variables yet Peach State is always there to get a load to the finish line. Many of the reviews don't see fair but I understand not everyone knows the scope of the whole beast that is transportation.

"BEWARE"
1 star is too much for this SHADY company. On NYE 2024 my driver's load back to Memphis cancelled. A load through Peach State was posted to pickup ASAP in GA and deliver straight through by midnight to MS(RED FLAG). I called the broker and was told someone fell off the load and the freight was sitting on the dock(ANOTHER RED FLAG). I booked the load and when my driver arrived @ Soulshine Farms, Gainesville, GA he was told it wasn't ready and he should go to the truck stop and they would call him when the load was ready. After receiving the call from my driver I contacted the broker and advised him that this wasn't the agreement we made and I wanted to be removed from the load because there's no way he could make the delivery by midnight, the freight wasn't even ready and at that time it was around 2:30 pm. The dispatcher got angry and told me I wasn't going to leave the freight on the dock and told me he would report my company and we could never book another load through them. I advised him again to take me off the load because he lied to get the load covered and that's why the first carrier fell off. A few hours passed and I received an email from Freight guard because this LOW DOWN broker reported my company when in fact he lied to get the load covered and I COULDN'T AFFORD TO BE STUCK HOLDING HIS LOAD 2-3 days TRYING TO GET UNLOADED.. KARMA IS REAL AND I'M SURE MY COMPANY ISN'T THE FIRST ONE THEY'VE LIED TO AND REPORTED!!!

That broker did not paying lumper even if they received lumper receipt right away after unloading. They created some provision in the rate con to have a chance do not paying lumper or any another charges. Just avoid to work with them!!!! NO star at all!!!

Bunch of jokers and liers these people. They lied you with appointment time when you call them they put your phone on hold and never return back. When you asked them why did you lie to us about appointment time then they laugh at you make it fun at you. This is first company in last thirteen years who are not professional. Please stay away from these guys if you don’t have load you better take a day off.

This company is GARBAGE..all the negative reviews are absolutely correct. They probably charge the customer for detention and find a way not to pay carrier. Legalized crooks.

Stay away from this broker. They will lie to you with appt time. Sold me a load with appt time in the RC for 10:30 AM and when I checked in at Delivery my appt was for 4 PM.
I called them and kept lying saying they would move the appt and never did. A bunch of liars.
