Was satisfied. Rates kept increasing with very every 4 months. Contacted billing department to find out why. Was quoted about competitive prices. Having to cancel and move storage facilities because there "competitive" prices are more expensive by $50 then the units right across the highway. Saving grace is they do have a active team willing to help you out. Not bad customer service wise. Raising rates every other month and being more expensive then there competitors lost my business.

Great experience at storage sense. I rented a cargo trailer, it was an easy experience. After I left, Bob contacted me three days later because he remembered that I had dropped my sunglasses. He found them the next week in the planting bed, and tracked me down. Excellent service.

We had a very pleasant and helpful experience with storage sensing coming. The manager helped us with a situation with blankets that we had misplaced and was very courteous and helpful in getting that straightened out. Joke of a uhaul location. Fallen trees in front of the trailer I was supposed to pick up, trailer was literally impossible to pull out with the parking lot packed with trucks the way it was, and the office staff was MIA during operating hours with no ability to reach them. Do better.
