‼️‼️WAGE THEFT‼️‼️ I don't usually leave bad reviews but this one is necessary , I don't want anyone to go through this situation. This place (Sarasota location) is a scam they steal your hours . I worked 12 hours and they only paid me for 7 hours. I've been texting to the manager (Kayda Ware)for 2 weeks now and he tells me that I will get the direct deposit for the hours I'm missing and it doesn't happen, it's a lie. The same thing happened to my friend, she was only paid for 9 hours and she worked that same day 12 hours just like me, we both came in at the same time and left at the same time. The training was disrespectful, I had to deal with comments about gender discrimination because I am a woman and the people who work there are all men, comments like "go take a break, let the men handle this". To add to that, they leave you in the freezer area at the warehouse at -1 degrees without a jacket suitable for that temperature. I don't know why they don't pay me for the hours I worked. This situation has caused me anxiety and emotional distress because all of us who work live from paycheck to paycheck. Do not work at this place because you will regret it for the rest of your life.

Firstly, this is not the company in GA.
The Capstone Logistics that I used is in Texas. Catherine Thomas was a joy to deal with and their driver did a wonderful job of transporting my car from FL to NJ. The initial price quoted was the price I paid and Catherine was able to locate a reliable driver three days earlier than she originally told me. This is a truly reputable company and I would highly recommend them to all.

SCAME, gave me fake receipt!!!! delivered load to Kroger, Louisville KY. got empty and they send me a link with my company and my door number to pay lumper, paid $159 and they gave green light to go. later when submited receipt to broker for refund, they said wrong PO and wrong Vendor. contacted Joel Reneer KRO Louisville, KY and told him that they double charge for this PO me and truck parked next to me. he corrected the receipt and gave to me, which later I find out was just typed on computer, Capstone system can't find this receipt or PO in their system. also this PO or this delivery should have no unloading charge.
Asked Capstone for refund, they stopped replying

This company is a joke. I was told I was getting a position for an 8 hour shift, went to orientation, didn't even let me know that I was gonna start working that day. Sounds good, but instead of my 8 hours they said I had, they put me in a 10 and half hour shift. Not even at the same place that I was originally told I would be working. They lied on the very first day. Not only that they say you have the potential to make 400 to 1,000 a week. You get paid by the truck, but the trucks are so enormously packed that it takes two days to unload just one. So if you have one truck valued at $150, and have someone helping, it's gets split evenly. So it takes two or more days to even make $75!!! Don't trust what they have to say because they only want to work your ass off and pay nothing!

In general, time after time, overpriced and underperformed. Shippers and receivers take note: hiring Capstone to come in and run your dock is the fastest way to bad relations with the trucking companies that are so dedicated to getting freight from A to B. To truck drivers and carriers across the nation, Capstone has one of the worst reputations of anything or anybody we deal with. Don't do it shippers and receivers. There's a better way.

Worst logistics company I've ever dealt with. 10pm appointment and haven't been called to a dock and it's 1am. Then, they'll take 2 more hours to unload and break down 2 pallets. This company should be embarrassed. I'd be embarrassed if I had any managerial role with this garbage company. This company needs to be investigated immediately.

If I can give this company A (0) would. It is the worst unloading service in history. To improve your company higher people that actually care about doing the job fast and efficiently instead of bs people the whole time and holding people up 4 to 8 hours please clean house and start over.
Then on top of that, you guys have the nerves to charge people for this slow service. This is complete arm robbery at its finest. SYSCO in college park Off Riverdale road is just 🗑 with there service of unloading a bunch of lazy as that likes to milk the ⏰️
