My current storage facility went up on prices, which were already overpriced. So I decided to move to Storage Place. The gentleman who works in the office greeted me with a smile and was very professional, made me feel right at home, he explained everything with poise and took me to my unit to show me where it was. Their prices are great. My storage unit is much larger than my old storage facility and still much cheaper. They are also located in a safe part of town. I would recommend Storage Place if you are looking for great service, great prices, and a safe and secure area to store your things.

What a great experience to deal with Mr. Mickey the owner. He took the time to respond all my questions and show me the different sizes of units that were available. All the other places I went or call in the area they didn't respond the phone or when you call was a call center no the actual location. This pace and Mr. Mickey are awesome.

Andrew, Mickey and Russell are all very nice and very helpful. I dealt with all three in person or on phone at one point or another in the last few months while renting and returning trucks. They make it easy and are very clear with you about how things work.

Took my dad here to rent a u haul and there was an older gentleman who kept questioning if my dad had enough money to pay for the rental. We’ve come here before and had no trouble with Aaron but this older gentleman made us feel like we should go elsewhere to rent a u-haul. Upon returning the rental my mom and dad were meet with the older gentleman arguing with my dad saying that the back of the truck had a little dirt which my dad was happy to clean. The guy made my dad feel like he would not get his deposit back even though my dad brought back the truck exactly how he rented it.

We had to make an out of state move and made a reservation online with U-Haul. When we arrived at The Storage Place the owner informed us he could get us a better deal doing a one way. This generous act of kindness helped us immensely!! I would recommend this business without hesitation- 👍🏻

This is the best storage place. Well I have not been to any other then this one. We had a unit for 3 years, although it was not temp control however no bugs nothing on the furniture. And apart from that the manager is a very nice gentleman. They are inexpensive and very good choice for storage.

I’m so glad I stopped by here to get equipment to move across country. Aaron was super helpful. Him and his wife were so professional and on top of things. It was a very refreshing experience. And I would highly recommend this business for storage and or U-Haul rental.

I have not any problems up and until recently, when my storage was burglarized. There was $1500 worth of stuff taken. Be mindful of renting storages in the back, there are nothing but dummy cameras, and Im sure the thieves must of knew, because only my storage was targeted. So make sure you have some insurance, because your belongings will not be safe. The owner did offer me a free month, but my stuff still wasn't safe anymore, so I moved all of my stuff out. I changed my locks, he said that doesn't matter. So be careful, there are thieves lurking.
