Been waiting for 2hr to get unload, we're the only truck here and they are just riding around and outside talking

No Complaints😁My apt was 7:00am arrived 4:30am in the door by 4:40am and began unloading immediately. Restroom, courtesy, water, or Gatorade is available during the sign and process. No overnight parking available and very tight lot. Not much room for backing but it’s doable.

There is a rep named david that works piggly wiggly on statuim dr in phenix city ala. He is one if the nicest people he always goes the extra mile to try to help you. I have dealt with other reps in Ga, Ala, and Fla he is best one I have ever dealt with.

Unloaded me quick. Good guys. Restroom available and free aquafina bottled water for Truckers. No overnight parking. You could park the one next to it though on cargo drive before the entrance to Buffalo rock

I had pleasant professional experience with Kayla Gray at the Ft Benning commissary. She was extremely professional represented Buffalo Rock well with a positive attitude. I inquired about a beverage and she made sure all my questions were answered. That young lady made my day!

This place doesn't show concern for customers in the columbus/Phenix city area by providing new or limited edition flavors. Would rather distribute to other areas and also don't care that customers in this area are willing to drive hours away and support other distributors instead. This distributor is also obviously trying to hide that they even have mountain dew pitch black for no other reason but to hog it for themselves. They rather it be kept a secret. I had to call pepsi to fix the fountain machine at Sam's club that was broke for more than year . Since buffalo rock didn't want to fix it.

Would give zero stars if I could! Very unorganized in the shipping and receiving department. Very rude! Company should give classes on hospitality and respect. Disappointed to say the least.
