Owner operator don’t go here . 9am appointment arrived at 8. Left 4pm four 6 pallets. No bathroom. Never coming back even if paying 3$ a mile

Please check with your dispatcher/broker to make sure that they have right appointment time. I was told by dispatcher 10AM but once i got here they said it was 1pm. Another driver said he was waiting since 8AM. They have docks on both North and South Sides. I've attached some photos with phone numbers so you can call them and make sure of your load so you won't have to waste time at the docks like I had to. Note: Lunch time 11:30 AM -12:00 pm

Don’t come here been waiting over 5 hours just to get on a dock to get loaded it’s after 4:30pm and they close at 5pm and still not on the dock

If I could give 0 stars I would. I arrived at 10:27, got a door immediately. No other vehicle came through the gate until about 15:45. At 16:08 I finally started to get loaded and I wasn't done until 17:26. This has to be one of the worst places to get loaded.

The baddest place ever to pick up, i spend 6hours in dock in the south side. You don’t have access to the shipping office. Fully vaccinated or not need to wear mask.
But it’s best place if you wanna take your 10 hrs DOT break.

Shipping office is on north entrance
No restrooms
People inside don’t know what they doing
Got a door right away but been sitting for more than a hours
If they dont load u right away then go back in the office to see whats going on
