Worst customer service ever. We use the Macon location. Our transmission get handed off to them by larger freight companies. They do not call back. Do not answer the phone. Even after calling Corporate about this issue of not delivering our transmission or even calling us back. They said nothing they can do as all locations are independent. Their driver calls and says things like. "Well, um I just got to work and I can't get there today but maybe tomorrow"
They are 18 miles away from our shop. Do not ever use this place. My only regret is that I can't give them negative stars.
