The owner of this business is NOT a good person. I was hired to take photos for them and the whole experience was off.
They never responded in a timely matter when i tried to get them scheduled.
Then once explaining the deposit was non-refundable i got very threatening and nasty messages. This owner is not a good person at all.

Soo I had a 0800 appt. I was late bc of the other deliveries I had & to whomever set me up for a 0800 appt. Knowing I wouldn't make that on time pickup. You have to pay $250 for being late/reschedule fee or for a none appt & just showing up. Soo in my case I had to pay the 250 for being late. They only do Comchecks!! I got here at 11am. I've been sitting here since & it's 0441 in the morning. They are just starting to load me. Was told that the product I am supposed to get is lost, my paperwork was messed up twice, & it should've been communicated to me. But it wasn't! Soo I've gotten a great amount of sleep here lol & even added some more time to my 70 to get me out of recaps. The night shift manager has been communicating with me & said to give them 20mins.

My experience was fast professional clerk. I unloaded at 8am on a Saturday my app was 8 am. Overnight parking outside gate. They open at eight am u must walk paperwork in to receiving and shipping.

Last night guy told me they start at 7. Next morning she told me they start at 8. Go stage then walk over to door 14/15 and check in. Fill out paper. They gonna call u for door. Park in door leave space to open door they lock airline. They break seal. 2 hours in door. 20mins waiting for door. Overnight parking plenty security here. 2 businesses here. Fw is right at your left. Turn left wen u enter and hook around and stage nicely. Check in b/w 715-8am. The close around 8-9pm.

Overnight parking. Had a 1700 pu, loaded and rolling by 1130. Also had a delivery at Fresh Realm which shares the same location despite what Google says. Had a 9 am delivery @Fresh Realm, got there the day before. Had I been 10 minutes earlier I probably would've been unloaded.

I read the reviews and was expecting the worst. I got the opposite! I had the best experience! I arrived the day before my appointment and there was plenty of space to park overnight. I arrived about 1600 (4pm) I didn’t check to see if they would take my load early because I wasn’t in a rush, I did find a spot right where I could see the airplanes fly off. Check in starts at 8am sharp, so I checked in an hour early. I was done and rolling by 10 and that’s because I was stalling.

To be fair, i wait until my 2nd business dealings with a company to leave a review. In both my deliveries, I was on time and early for my appointments but had to wait on average of 2 1/2 hours past appointment time before they even started unloading . They expect you to be on-time or else pay $150. No consequences for them dragging their feet and wasting the drivers time. If you drive for tyson and have a back of the building door assignment, be prepared to get screwed. I give 2 stars for overnight parking. That's it..
