Do NOT ship or store with this company!
My freight was treated horribly. Arrived back unwrapped, dirty, broken items, missing items, other people's items included. Have been contacting Novette (Senior Sales Manager Logistics) for 3 months with no response! In the photos below, you can see what my pallet looked like when it went into storage (on the left wrapped in green) and what it looked like when I received it back out of storage. It had been completely unwrapped.

I worked with America's Mart Logistics to coordinate the shipments we were sending to the Atlanta Gift Show as well as having those shipments sent to various trade shows after. They were very helpful, always quick to respond, and were a valuable resource. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other logistics companies we have worked with. I am glad to have found them!

Highly recommend! We store our booth with Americasmart Logistics for many years for gift, apparel, as well as offsite shows. Novette and her team are a pleasure to deal with and really go the extra mile to help me with all the detailed paperwork and deadlines. Its one less worry knowing my booth is waiting for me when I arrive for set up and when the show is over, I pack up and leave. If any issues arise, they respond quickly and resolve as best they can.

Can't thank Novette enough for all her help after the Best of Show Showroom runaround / "so called" palette packaging. Novette found our palette, documented photos of horrible packaging by them, followed up on our palette and contacted us personally several times to fix everything for the best possible outcome after such unprofessionalism from The Best of Show Showroom.
