I'm sure some folks say you guys are good when you do your jobs right. But it's recovering from the mistakes that you need help with. If you're not going to be somewhere as promised, call and let someone know. We've been waiting here all day for a delivery because you shipped our goods to another city and promised that it would be here this morning. And after calling several of your contacts all day and getting no one, the last call leads to a person that said you're closed and couldn't give me any information until Monday. He didn't even have the driver's numbers to see what happened to my shipment. I'm older. I understand mishaps occur. But you can't boast #1 in customer service just because everything runs smoothly most of the time. It's supposed to. It's your job.

Randy Barton and the team at Seko do a fantastic job helping me out with my logistical business needs. They are always willing to go above and beyond with my sometimes difficult requests. I always am impressed with their professionalism and courteousness.

This company lost my order, a Christmas gift.
When I called, it was like entering a continuous loop of voicemail. When I finally reached someone, they would transfer me up to another voicemail. Then I was disconnected and had to call back to enter the loop again.
Someone promised they would call me back to update me. They never did.
The next day I finally got someone (after speaking to 7 different people) who admitted they couldn't find my order and didn't know where it was. Totally incompetent.
If you want to use a company that seems totally confused and unresponsive, this is it.
This has got to be one of the worst shipping companies in business. In fact, I don't know how they stay in business.

We were very pleased with our recent delivery by SEKO Logistics Atlanta driver, Anthony (Tony) Brown.

We were contacted in advance to schedule the delivery of our new iron tub, and the driver called us the morning of the delivery and again when he left the location before ours to let us know he was on his way to our house. Tony was very friendly, courteous, and professional and ensured we were completely happy before leaving! He exceeded our expectations in making sure this extremely heavy tub was exactly where we needed it to be for our "inside threshold" delivery request.

Service of this caliber has become increasingly rare. Thank you for sending Tony to deliver our tub today!

Received call to schedule delivery of large item purchased for Christmas. Called back within 10 minutes. Sat on hold for over 30 minutes. I then called the main number. Routed call to Chicago only to find out the Atlanta call center closes at noon w/ no phone prompt. Chicago called the Atlanta manager to resolve my issue along w/ others who’s calls were being routed. When I called back to Chicago to get an update, which. I was told to do, the poor customer service agent apologized and said the Atlanta manager told her not to bother him In not so friendly terms. Seriously, terminate the manager.

Seko Logistics socks. They take forever to pick calls and when they do the lady on customer service line gave attitude and very disrespectful. If there is zero rating, I will give them.

I use SEKO ATL quite frequently and the service is fantastic. Sherri Heron is our account manager and is wonderful. She is always available to assist no matter how big or how small the issue. Sherri is always a joy to talk to and treats us extremely well when we visit the ATL location. Thanks to all at ATL for making my job so much easier. ROLL TIDE, Sherri!
