If you are live load expect to sit in your truck like animal in cage for at least 7-8 hours because they won't let you be anywhere else but in your truck while they take their sweet time and take 8 hours for a job that can be done in 1 hour. Unbelievable.

I had a delivery here on 2/22. I arrived about 3pm. The place is nice and clean. The kiosk can be a little complicated for those using it the first time. The one older African American lady with the blonde hair was kind but her coworker at the guard shack was very unprofessional. She was more attentive to her cellphone and seem like she had an attitude and never once made eye contact. Once you get pass the kiosk, very smooth place, easy in and out.

DRIVERS BEWARE! this place it strickly with appointments. And when they give a door you have to back up with your doors close. They loaded me and damaged my roof inside SO BAD! And I didn’t find out until i got unloaded in Florida. Because they lock and seal the trailer before giving you the green light. Very upsetting and had to fix my trailer my self in order to get a load to go home for NEW YEARS. BEWARE DRIVERS take pictures of your equipment

Some of the clerks are not friendly at the Welcome both and the window where you print out your paperwork they can be a piece of work. The approach is as you're bothering them the faces that are made are extremely unacceptable and very ill mannered no matter how nice you are. Dealing with the public you MUST have your attitude in check when working with ppl of different characters. It's a Lady with a blonde hairstyle (could be Finger waves or a Bob) she offers to physically sign your bills instead of going inside (THIS IS ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE FOR DRIVERS🫶🏾) and a younger lady who wears Pink "Beats" headphones are about the sweetest to deal with whenever you visit. THE RESTROOMS HAD ABSOLUTELY NO SOAP TO CLEAN YOUR HANDS. THIS IS A KELLOGG WAREHOUSE YOU'RE DEALING WITH FOOD PRODUCTS. THIS SHOULD BE FULLY STOCKED UP AT ALL TIMES.

UPDATE -- i won't be coming here for pickup again. Blacklisted. More so from the broker, who gave me the same NON-WORKING number over and over when it didn't work. No one in the guard shack to check anything .. I lost an entire day because I couldn't get in the gate.

Anything totally automated almost always gets a fail from me, at the start .. it's always worse .. just withe company thinking they'll save money not paying real people .. but it's always worse than a real person to ask questions.

On a good note .. what no one said .. there is parking .. out in the road, in the center TURN LANE, many trucks can park there while waiting for their appt time.

I must say I was skeptical about my pick up today after reading the reviews, I had a 5pm pick up , checked in at the gate at 4:45pm, and checked in on kiosk, then checked in at the window all in 14 minutes, I received a door from there docked at 5:09pm and was loaded in a considerably timely manner, I hooked up to my trailer printed my BOL and released at the gate at 6:50 pm. I must have caught them on a good day considering I was rolling in under 2 hours…

Same address across the street .go to the one on the right .need to do the app or kiosk.better to do kiosk.that way guard can assist you.If live load inform them that way you can do it at main bldg while drops and hooks need to do at guard shack.guards will help you.lady in main bldg just said you must check in on kiosk.after checking in she assigned you a door . appointments need to be only a hour early.go to door get second green light if live load check out at kiosk at main bldg if drop and hook use the app.guard verified the seal your gone .cat scale 2.5 miles away.
