Just a quick drop & hook. On paper, it was a live unload, but the gate guard said they had empty trailers available. Saved me lots of time.

Very slow check at appointment time only lumpers very expensive

Great place to deliver. Have an overnight parking. Washrooms are inside the building near receiving office. Board on entrance to guide where trucks should enter from. Security guard was very polite. Charge lumber fee cash or Tcheck. Appointment was 9 am open at 6 am took my load as soon as they opened.

Young security guard that works on the weekend ( past Saturday) acts as if he's not at work is basketball game was more important than checking in a delivery at the gate. Pleasantries were not given nor exchanged just absolutely no enthusiasm for the workplace.
