8+ hours pick up. 15+ minuta on the gate to check in and get number where drop your trailer and go to the shipping office, that was already red flag, now they have my trailer I can’t leave, I just know it. Nice ladies that work at shipping very kind and professional are only one that I can say something nice about. Late afternoon when they finally finish loading, find a trailer with landing gear all way up. Ended up soaking wet on heavy rain until I was able lower landing gear and hook up trailer. Took me 25 minutes to check out on the gate and get on the road. All that time to load palettes of rubber, somehow maybe would have some understanding if was tires that goes on the floor but not for pallets. Shame and waste of drivers time.

This review is in honor of Operations Manager David M. I let him know I would be writing a good review. I was highly upset when I heard the average load time was 5 to 7 hours. From a logistical perspective, and scheduling perspective for a small company it was not fun to hear. David and I shared a few emails back and forth where he explained their company procedures and I reviewed how as a carrier these parameters were not favorable. I am happy to report that although there was slight disagreement we managed to remain positive … our trailer was loaded in just about 3 hours and my driver was off to complete his nights work. I am giving them 5 stars because David maintained a great attitude and so did the staff when I had opposing views from the perspective of the carrier. I hope this interaction serves to help speed up load times as running a small American Trucking company is tough, but worthwhile to be doing. Thank you to David and team you all earned these 5 stars today. We are happy.

I worked this company when they first opened. The people seem to be team oriented in the beginning. Things were promised and was never delivered. The leads on night shift except for one her name was Lynn. They wait until the last minute to put all the trailer moves on the only yard driver they have. So I left the policies they have needs to be changed. Can’t return because I quit due to the laziness of their leads. Avoid avoid avoid

Truck drivers- IF you’re a Live Load…prepare to slide tandems to rear at guard shack..guard assigns Drop spot Across from building… check in at shipping office near door#36… give the clerk you’re phone number.. and … they call when completed..( 4 hours MINIMUM..)….

9 hours for pickup. The staff is polite and friendly. That's the only reason for 1 star. They need to do something about it.

Terrible experience. The lady told us there were no Landstar trailers I said ok; proceeded to drive around wrote every empty trailer down. The rude disrespectful Twinkie eating Justin had the nerve to turn his back and pick up the phone when I was speaking to him telling him they have to release us a trailer. And the lady lied and said she didn’t say there wasn’t any she just couldn’t release them. Agent told them to give multiple of us in the office one and they still argued. I called corporate Justin nor the lady behind the desk wanted to listen to her tell them it’s our trailer and they can’t keep us from getting one.

There was 30+ loaded and 12 empties and apparently it’s our fault They don’t want to work to unload the trailers and just use the empties because they’re behind for the 18 due out by Tuesday on a holiday weekend.

Josh the operations manager had to step in. All three of us drivers got an empty.

If you have live load don’t come here. 8 hours left since I’ve checked in and not loaded yet. They are terrible
