I got a trailer washout here. They bought out Caswell Wreckers. The concrete pad to the right of the building (facing the building) is where they wash out trailers. You have to go down the hill and turn around, and head back out for a trailer washout. SEE THE VIDEO!

My experience with this company seems as if it is, a family run business and a fraud. Driver nearly ran me into a guard rail and once I attempted to speak with company. The “safety manager” was very brief and confrontational. Even lied as if she had footage then hung up the phone in my face after asking about my car make or model Honestly seeming bias belittling prejudice and unconcerned is what I felt from the nonchalant display of both the females tones. Be careful out there!

The drivers obviously don't care about all the gravel on the equipment the pick up. Busted my wife's windshield and they asked for proof!!! Zero integrity. Asked for owner and apparently he's out of the country in Jordan. WE WILL SEE WHAT HE HAS TO SAY WHEN HE GETS BACK. they said they get those calls all the time which tells me they are going around breaking windshields out of laziness to not clear off the loose rocks. This is not even about the money anymore its about the fact.

Was actually looking for Caswell Wrecker which is actually a part of JB Harris Transport Company but there is no signage anywhere on the building letting you know this. We called several times and was told it's across from 84 Lumber which is how we finally located the wrecker service and our car. We told Caswell that the internet sends you to a different address and sends you around in circles trying to locate Caswell Wrecker.

Stay away from this company.The dispathers are a joke.And when you get issued a truck.They dont give all the stuff you need to do your job.I told them for 2 weeks i needed stuff and they brushed me off till today.Had to buy chains to do my job.Then they act like its new news and they wrote me up.They put all blame on me.So i didnt sign the paper and they fired me.STAY AWAY FROM JB Harris..
And its 2 weeks mandatory you go out with a TRAINER.My 1st week trainer couldnt even drive because he had a pending DUI.and my 2nd week trainer couldnt shift gears on the transmission without grinding every gear..

We booked a load with them is several hours later they changed the pickup 90 miles away and only gave us $150 more, extremely cheap. Then, they refused give us a bol at the pickup because they ran out of paper. When we factored the load they deduced $500 without wanting to hear an explanation. The broker was VERY rude when we tried to reason with him too. We will be making a complain against DAT
