This place is too slow they got one person working the window in apl. The wait times are forever even to check in apl y'all can do better 30 mins. can do better then that on day shift. They got the olsest ladies in moving at no speeds. The other lady at the front will do every thing else even if there’s 10 people at the window. Not acceptable.

DO NOT GO REFUSE 100% THE WORST OF WORSE. IF YOU WANT TO QUIT TRUCKING THIS IS THE PLACE. I would rather run a food load or frozen load to Walmart than this place. I have pulled my trailer from this place many of times and shut my door and left the product setting. Security lady at check in very cool. Past that the bs starts. All bs and lies here put you on a door just to leave you there. People in the office playing horse games and crap in the office

Driver do not come early! 1hr before appointment. There a quick trip truck stop 5 miles away. No overnight parking! Check in with guard, then drive to door E to check in with receiver after park truck to the right big space. There vending machine and restroom.

2 hours just to check in, I am not making things up. I am in the line check in while I am writing this. Every 1 star review you see about this place is just because there’s no 0 star. Don’t come there fellas.

Before you come to this place make sure you call them and confirm the appointment day and time for your delivery. They hold my trailer for more than a week. My appointment 2pm live unload, only for them to tell me is a drop. And they rude as hell.

Drivers beware this is the worst place you can come to. I came here 3 times each time I stood in the office for over 90 mins checking in and checking out. The 2 useless lazy morons in the office don't make up 1 brain combined it takes them over an hour to complete each set of paperwork. so I figured I need to leave a review
