Got off to a rocky start with customer services in the beginning, but it was entirely my fault. I had setup a virtual box through Anytime Mail, and had a lot of questions due to my not looking over terms and conditions as I should have. That said, I appreciate the honesty and good will from the manager Mrs. Bella, and her professionalism led us to working everything out! May she be blessed for her hard work!

DONT BE A FOOL, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!My husband dropped off a return/exchange worth $300 and the worker named Stacy with the nappy bun and glasses was SO NASTY & RUDE!! She just brushed us off as if WE were bothering HER, about OUR package. Dhl said it was never even scanned, and every time we try to get answers she said “she doesn’t know” and how she doesn’t have a managers number!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I came down on the 2nd of January 2025 and dropped off at this location to send back Amazon package this is the most worst location they haven’t sent my package off yet it’s already the 6th and now it’s closed today as well I can see my package 📦 in the office but haven’t sent off this is madness

BEWARE BEWARE
Do not use this place. I shipped my package through them. After about a week I hadn't received my package. I called and they said it was being returned to them because I put the wrong number, it was supposed to be an f, but they said it was a 4 I told her I put an f. Because I did a double check because I didn't want my package to get lost and end up at the wrong address. I ask the girl if she could read it because I have trimmers. She assured me she could read it, and called out the address for me again. When I told the lady some of these kids don't pay attention, and she went completely shell on me she got so disrespectful shouting at me, I couldn't get a word in. She was the rudest customer service person I've ever in my 60 years come in contact with. These must be her grand kids or relatives working there. Eventually she said (when I got a word in about my package) she said it will be a 15 dollar return fee. But they had my email and phone number. No one tried to contact me to let me know if I could pick my package up since it supposedly had an error on it. UPS, fedx, or the post office would. But she tells me it's a 15 dollar return fee to pick it up, so I send my daughter the 15 to pick it up, but she had her husband go because she's a stroke survivor. When he gets there they tell him it's 25 dollars to pick it up. This is not the place to do business
with. It's a rip off. If I had not called to check on my package, they weren't even going to reach out to tell me anything. Oh, and they never gave me a tracking number until I called, it was supposed to come to my email, but I got nothing in my email. I'm just warning you. Do not do business with this place in lithonia georgia. Use a ligit company. A real UPS, FEDEX or a POST OFFICE. Avoid this place at all cost, or it may cost you.

Just know you will continue to reap what you sow . There is not a bible in the world that could help change your demonic behavior. You are a wolf in sheep’s clothing and god knows the truth. First time I ever picked up a package from here and I think I’ll just have everything sent here from now on. I prefer this than having to wait all day for a package that might or might not get delivered to my apartment. The young lady that works there was nice and helpful.
