I’ll start this by saying they deserve 0 stars. They have not 1 bad review and there is no way. Yesterday I was hung up on, placed in hold and then instead of calling me back they emailed me telling me that someone in customer care would get back to me and no one ever did. I was dealing with “Dani” completely rude. Of course now today she’s out “sick” how convenient. First the Atlanta “office” is an unmanned building I was told this morning basically all the calls roll over to Greenville or Charlotte. When I initially went to open the account they told me they were in the Atlanta office. Untrue. If you need business on a regular don’t use them. Today I asked to speak to the manager/owner and guess they aren’t in today. Horrible Horrible service !

Dash saved my career! I had a huge work related event that required me to have my passport. Dash brought it all the way to DC on the same day I called them. Huge props to this company!
