This was one of the most efficient services we’ve hired! The driver and his expertise was a key factor to securely deliver our equipment on time; the driver guided us through the building entrances, dock and security points. Worth the investment, will hire again if needed !!

The place is next to blatt billiards. They are open 24hrs. Not for big items like picking up furniture. They have a basement elevator that is only open Monday to Friday. 8am /4 pm. However elevator cannot be operated on weekends.. so any big items that require their use. Can only be picked up on weekdays only. Guys are.nice and polite.. all pickups are from the front office. No dock. Or back building parking.

Every interaction with them has been outstanding! They are really friendly on the phone, their messengers arrive on time, they don't bat an eye when I ask them to move large or random things around the city (I am an event producer so this is par for the course), setting up an online account was super easy and the owner talked me through it on the phone, they got me a COI when needed within an hour, their rates are fair. Just SUCH a pleasure all around. I used to use another messenger company, and they were "ok." Then I tried this company once based on a referral and I will never go back. I highly recommend them! Every touch point with them is fantastic. You should switch and use them.

Last minute delivery of 7 oversized boxes from convention venue to office was several hundred dollars less that UPS or FedEx. Everyone at Lightspeed was friendly, professional, and courteous.
