Husband was there for a year. Here's the real scoop on the people that work for this company in Commerce, GA.
Management is allotted 48 hours a week for employees to work but they only allow 40 so they can get their bonuses.
Most of the employees that drive the trucks shouldn't have a CDL because they are either too big/unhealthy/uncoordinated to operate a CMV safely or they're too lazy to do a pretrip inspection.
Management knows inspections aren't being done and instead of doing anything about it they let the trucks run low on fluids (including oil, antifreeze, and fuel), have worn out belts, broken air hoses, and more.
Some employees are a safety liability because they can't get in or out of the truck without slipping or losing their grip.
If you damage something, keep it to yourself because honesty will get you fired (after waiting a week for drug test results that you know are negative and being told you are being promoted because you actually do your job!)
Yes, that really happened. The one's that lie stay employed and the honest workers, that are told "it wasn't your fault" are terminated.
Don't forget, you'll only get a 42 cent raise after a year.
These people suck. That's all there is to it.

I I would not hire any driver from this company. They are rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, making it difficult for drivers to do their jobs effectively. It's best to avoid asking these spotters any questions. A simple direction to a door can end in you being threatened. Red The spotter named Ray in Cartersville, GA, seems to think he only works for Laser Spot, but the reality is that we are all working for Anheuser-Busch. If one job doesn't get done, it affects the others, and ultimately, we all suffer as a result DISGUSTING hopefully Budweiser receives our complaints and take the next step.

Worked for this company from 2021 to 2025 I had a couple of incidents a couple of which was equipment failure.still I got punished.finaly I got terminated for a very minor incident. I jumped a trailor pin and broke the door handle. Don't matter how my work record was on time .no complaining following the company policies. My manager feels like he is right about everything. The company ALLOWS it

Please teach this driver how to drive, he did 43 in a 55 on a clear weather day, clear roads. He sped up at one 2 mile section where the speed decreases to 50, then slowed down again right afterwards.

Laser logistics is one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. I've been with them for two years and have yet to see a reward for anything. The company is run by managers who think the world of themselves, have no people skills in are serious micromanagers. Of all the places I've worked, this is the most unrewarding and punishing job I've ever had.
