Great job diagnosing and repairing my front brakes and rotors. My front end was shaking badly. After the $120 inspection I was able to access a quote of everything that needed repairs. Front brakes, rear drums, drive belt, tires... The list was easy to read and each repair item broken down by the final price. I could only afford to do the front brakes this time, but I was told they will keep the quote in my file so I can get the other items repaired as I can afford it.
The car is working great since replacing the rotors and pads.

I love this shop abs the people who work there! They are knowledgeable and super friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable abs you can tell the staff and mechanics all have a great rapport with each other. There is just a general feeling of "happy people" that everyone radiates, which indicates a good work environment. Chris is always funny and laid-back. He's always so patient with all my stories and I talk A LOT. They really ate the only place I trust to take care of my cube because Chris was open and honest about a previous repair...and even saved me $600 from the initial estimate!!

At 5:45 in the afternoon I pulled into the parking lot at the Cornelia shop. My tire pressure warning light had come on in my car as I was traveling to a vacation spot. The folks at Barrett immediately assured me they would be able to repair my tire and get me back on the road safely. In less than 30 minutes I was on my way to complete my drive. We recently moved from our long time home in Florida and were due for an oil change in our Audi A5-S. In the past, the vehicle was always serviced at the local Audi dealership but, unfortunately, the nearest dealerships are in the Atlanta area. So, we decided to find a local shop in the Clarkesville area. After looking at several shops we made an appointment with Barrett as they had very positive reviews. We couldn't be happier! The office personnel were efficient and friendly. The mechanic was knowledgeable and professional and the wait time very reasonable. Overall we were very happy with Barrett, we will return and would highly recommend. Kudos to the entire organization for a job well done!

So I scheduled an appt to give me a quote on my cracked radiator and I already knew what what wrong with my car. They asked me to fill out a form to put me into the system and there was a part where they try to trick you you into agreement to a $120 Diagnostic fee. Then I end up waiting an hr and a half for this quote with the male service advisor because he tried to trick me into a $120 diagnosis on my car and I had to ask several times why it was taking so long just for them give me just a quote to just replace the radiator on a 2013 Sonata. Then the guy even tried to keep and hold my keys to intimidate me and make me pay the $120. This was my very 1st time there and I'm sure I won't be back because they wanted to charge $1150 for radiator and thermostat replacement. I can't believe the exp I've had there. I feel he tried to take advantage of me 100% I never asked for anything but a quote and this crock of mechanic place also never told me that I was signing a diagnostics so I guess that's how they get you. As a woman that knows her car and also mechanics, I knew they were trying to get all they could from me. TRUST ME DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!! LOOK AT THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS 1ST
