Wasting carriers time, lying about good to go on the load asking for driver informations and CDL, after that pushing time for 1 hour, saying all sorts of stuff need to verify on safer number, and in the end load is not even good to go... Ritik the broker is the biggest liar.

Avoid Value Logistics Inc. at all costs. We booked a load with them from Georgia to two Amazon locations in Charlotte, NC, and Concord, NC, with 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM delivery appointments. We have delivered to these Amazon locations before with loads booked through reputable brokers, and we've never spent more than an hour per delivery.
However, Value Logistics Inc. sent us to Amazon without making a delivery appointment, although the confirmation sheet clearly stated STRICT DELIVERY 9:00 PM (first delivery) and STRICT DELIVERY 12:00 AM (second delivery). The driver was at the delivery an hour early, however, without actual appointments, this didn't matter. This caused massive disruption, as Amazon would not unload the shipment, leaving our driver stranded with no resolution in sight.
Instead of taking responsability, Value Logistics Inc. acted like it wasn't their fault and refused to resolve the issue. They have been trying to avoid paying for the load, adding to the financial loss and stress they caused our business.
This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. Do not do business with them if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Not trust worthy at all. PLEASE AVOID AS MUCH AS You can. They Put in Rate confirmation weight as 10000 but in reality it’s over 53000. Then they put wrong information about the address. Had me transport a heavy tanker through the mountains with my own truck. When I get there to the exact address I tried calling the receiver, no one is answering, No signs, no information, a huge hill, very very narrow roads. After waiting for an hour at the exact location in the RC, I decided to drop the the tanker to get out of there after my dispatcher said so, then one person shows up out no where screaming at me then it kept getting worse after that…..
Please don’t work with these guys. They’re not honest and they don’t know what they’re doing.

Hello guys please don't pick up the load with them. Big fraud company. She gave me the load ,after 200 miles drive empty she cancel the load no reason, she told me my boss want to cancel the load

We don’t recommend any companies to work with there broker because of not paying to truckers and after the give you job they try to reduce the rate and they not willing to answer phone after you drop loads also not paying per deam charge comes to you we don’t recommend anyone to work with them we try 6 times bad experiences we had

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS SCAMMERS! They will ask driver license of the driver and all other information then just don’t give any loads! They are just scammers from Bangladesh!!! DO NOT TRUST AT ALL!!!!

Really unnecessary issues, received a call from them and even after we mentioned we were not interested, the caller continued to contact us. Eventually I had blocked them on WhatsApp and he called back being upset about it. Sorry if customers do not want to be continuously bothered. He said “I cannot use my account anymore because of you”. If other people blocked, they had their reason to as well. One person blocking you shouldn’t make your account inactive, many other people had to have blocked that account for that to happen. Please train your callers better instead of having them blame people who merely don’t want to be spammed.

And from looking at these reviews… makes sense why he couldn’t understand the simple concept of not wanting spam messages.

These people are the worst when it comes to paying. First they change the delivery dates and then ask you why you need the money so fast when I ask for quick pay.
