These guys were awesome! I needed a water heater delivered to my rental property immediately. Spoke with Brian and he scheduled everything. UPDATED: Had some issues with a fraud protection alert with one of their employees. My understanding he has been fired. Everything has been settled and figured out. Brian has been great.

Our company had an emergency with a shipment to our customer. We needed the shipment picked up and delivered same day. Not familiar with couriers in the south we called many companies to help. Pick'd Up Courier was the only company in the area to answer the phone. I called 10 other local couriers and they were the only ones to answer. They knew our situation and made us a priority. Brian was a tremendous help with getting everything figured out. He personally answered all my calls and texts about our emergency shipment. They even waited during our customer's shift change to make sure our deliver went to the right dock. These guys were a huge help and saved us from angry customers. We also had some issues with our business card not going through right away for fraud protection reasons and these guys were very patient until we were able to grant access. Thank you guys! We will use these guys in the future. I strongly recommend them!
