When you enter, park at the assigned door, detach your trailer, you can park your bobtail in front on the green containers by the entrance, go to the door that says shipping and drop your paperwork with your phone number written on the paperwork, they'll call you when the trailer is empty, you exit at the south gate. They have clean restrooms at this facility

Garbage facility, rude behavior from certain members of the staff. After two years of Amazon and once being happy to be at work, I unfortunately have to admit this was the site that inspired my resignation. I felt so discouraged and condensended to by the leadership staff. Each passing day felt like a prison sentence where my anxiety was super high due to constantly being interrogated for my work. Correcting associates errors is absolutely essential for the company's success and I fully understand that but their is a way to talk to associates without making them feel like they are children. The associates were very hard working yet promotions seemed to correlate to that of favoritism.

Worst warehouse to go to, there is a highland fire going on , and they haven’t shutdown the building. The smoke is causing workers including me, Nausea,migraines, and burning eyes. They don’t care about their employees ,just how many boxes can be sent out . They took the whole day shift off the schedule today 9/9/24, but not night shift. On the 8th, night shift had to work in these horrible conditions and were offered VTO the last 2 hours of the shift . while day shift ,on the 9th, were able to stay home and still get paid today. The air quality is 172 which states it is unhealthy. THIS IS WRONGGGG! #justanumber😑

I really don’t understand why when the trailer already empty nobody close dock door about hour……. Only Amazon time is time ? On the basis of mutual respect ！That’s why the most truck driver hate delivery Amazon load !

Whoever is taking calls right now at HR is extremely unprofessional, she kept yelling at me and hung up on me multiple times. I didn't have any attitude with her at all. Definitely should find a new person to take calls for HR for the betterment of the company. Good lord.

This is the most rubbish warehouse in the entire United States. Each driver usually comes here for more than 12 hours. The on-site unloading is very, very slow. Three meals a day are spent here, so many people's time is wasted here. More than 95% of drivers miss getting along with their families, LGB4 is not hell, but it is definitely purgatory, it is simply inhumane to make people wait

These people are nice and polite. Thank you to them for that. The gate personnel were friendly. And the process person I'm going to call him out by name because he used my name, Heyden, Very professional and courteous which is much appreciated.

Workers are rude and messy workers always leave there trash on the table and just leve there items around on kiosk with there dirty gloves and nampikns that just leave there PLEASE MOP THE FLOOR IT IS A DISGUSTING PLACE TO ENJOY YOUR LUNCH
