I would 100% recommend IMC Real Estate for property management and project management if improvements need to be made. Raquel was an absolute professional that delivered results exceeding my expectations. I had rental goals I wanted to achieve and she advised me on what was needed to accomplish that. The upgrades, service managing and projects she recommended were fair and reasonable. She entertained my (sometimes) elementary questions or concerns with patience and understanding.

In the end, her hard work and project management landed me the type of tenant I was looking for with the price my house deserved. If you need your property management right, call IMC Real Estate.
