Called to ask a question and the lady that answered was super rude. I asked if they had a place for bands to practice bc some storage units offer that. She told me no, which was fine. I told her that someone on Facebook had told me they offered that and she literally snapped at me and said "There better not be any bands practicing in MY storage units."

I'm not offended that she doesn't want band practicing, but to go off on me like that was super unprofessional.

The lady working the front desk was very generous & kind!! She also explained everything in detail & was more than helpful when I wanted to return my Uhaul here instead of the place I originally was tasked to return it to.

I'm not a bit happy! I'm paid up, paid my bill two weeks ago and come by there today and cant get in the gate. Yall have me locked out of the system. Thanks alot! Working out of town during the week really makes this real inconvenient.
