I'd give zero stars if I could. The rudest service I have ever received in a local business. Thankfully we only needed a chain. Will definitely be driving to town for any and all other needs. It's a shame because I prefer to support local businesses but refuse to do so when treated poorly and paying top dollar.

I'm a third generation customer. The exceptional service is unbeatable. I can ask any questions without worries, knowing that the staff are so very knowledgeable. This is the only place I go for new purchases on gas yard equipment, and if I ever need repairs or servicing on what I have purchased this is where I will go. My family has been taking their outdoor yard equipment to Guy's for 30 years. They always treat us right, even going so far as to show us how to better maintain our small engines. And while this approach means less money for them in the short run, it earns lifelong patronage and innumerable referrals. That's great customer service. Yes, their product prices are a little steep, but they're the only place in town, so you're paying for convenience, and they only stock quality gear.
