I had pleasant experience here. I changed the contract holder for gas, and moved electricity to Engie. I’m not sure of his name but Catalin Andrei I believe, he was very kind and helpful. Everything was so quick and easy. Thanks for the great services.

Tin sa mentionez si totodata sa multumesc , d-lui Catalin Andrei Ivan, din pct de lucru Engie/Baneasa, cu care am interactionat zilele acestea solicitandu-i mai multe informatii/documente / contracte noi ptr furnizare servicii.

Am interacționat cu Andrei Ivan care m-a ajutat să rezolv o situație de încheiere contract, după ce mi a fost furnizat un CLC greșit de către dezvoltator. După ce am vorbit cu 7 consultanți online, din call center și am încercat să rezolv și fizic la sediul din Plaza, unde domnișoara mi-a zis ca ea nu știe ce se poate face și să revin când celelalte colege vin din concediu, el a reușit să mă ajute. Extrem de amabil, mi-a furnizat toate informațiile pe care le-am cerut cu foarte mult profesionalism! Foarte mulțumită de interacțiunea cu el și tot procesul!

Am stat 30 de minute in fata insulei unde trebuiau sa fie 2 angajati. Mi-a zis un domn de la paza ca sunt plecati, ori la baie ori la tigara. Eu inteleg nevoiele oamenilor, dar cred ca tocmai de asta sunt 2, sa nu ramana insula goala 30 de minute sa astepti degeaba

Am fost ieri, adica pe 6 ianuarie,erau doi angajati care au zis ca nu pot face absolut nimic ca nu le functioneaza aplicatia pana pe
22.La intrebarea mea de ce stau totusi acolo(2) au zis ca e politica mall-ului.Interesanta politica engie,platesti 2 angajati sa stea degeaba ca niste maimutoi de plus zile in sir....
