Do not buy anything from here. It’s a scam. I purchased a suit, every piece of clothing was the wrong size, they only communicate via email, and they charged me $65 for some cheap hangar they said I didn’t return even after I paid for my own shipping for their mistake. Phony bullshit.

I would not purchase from here! Read the comments. They took my money gave me a tracking number the item never left the warehouse and they didn’t get back to me till almost a week later. When they finally returned my email they keeping saying they can’t find my order what’s your order number and I tell them and they never reply. They didn’t have a hard time taking my money. I had to make a report to the BBB and contact my credit card company to cancel the charges. They have ruined Christmas. Save yourself the trouble. They also are the same as Men’s warehouses USA. Buyers be aware they are a scam company.

I ordered from this site and paid for expedited 2 day shipping on monday morning. I paid $45 for this. They did not ship the suit untill wed afternoon. This was for an event i had on Thursday evening. Obviously the suit did not arrive on time. When the suit arrived it was also a 44l instead of the 40l i ordered making the whole suit way too big to even alter.I emailed them asking for a refund of both the suit and the shipping and to send a label so i could mail it back. Thier first response was we do not offer shipping back and that they would refund me $30 and then another email offering $50 if i kept the suit. This would have been fine if it was the right size but as they can’t ship the correct items a full refund is needed. I will update this if they decide to do the right thing.
Update number one. They have said they have issued a refund for the suit im waiting to see if it shows up in my acct and if they refunded the shipping as well. I will update as I see it come through. If you don't see one I didnt get one

BEWARE! I ordered a classic fit suit of a particular size and with pleated pants. I received flat front pants (looks slim fit) and the suit jacket has oversized or wing type overhanging shoulders. Essentially defective products. Tried to resolve with customer service, but their customer service is non responsive or pretty much nonexistent. Potential customers, beware of dealings with Alligator Warehouse.

UPDATE:

Alligator Warehouse knows how to work the dispute resolution system to their benefit, and hence keep a closer WATCH on the dispute resolution, and use CAUTION in ordering anything from Alligator Warehouse and scores of its alter ego entities.

A horrible experience with this company. After sending 2 of my groomsmen the completely wrong size, they refused to communicate after we had to pay ourselves to expedite the wrong ones back. One of my guys didn’t end up with a suit and they did not care at all. Still waiting on refunds, and they respond to e mails once a week if you are lucky. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST going elsewhere and paying more, it will be worth it.

I have ordered several suits from this website, and everything I ordered was just as described on the website except for one time. I emailed them, and not only did they fix the issue, but they gave me a gift for the inconvenience. I will definitely continue to shop here.

I ordered four pair of different exotic sneakers. Had a problem with delivery. Spoke to customer service was greeted with rudeness. Said I would speak to my bank. I was then blackmailed fro site. They made me wait for refund. Sorry business and rude.
