This is a racist bad real estate management company
They hire robots cop security officers that are not licensed to watch over your place of business
They charge you cam fees for the none licensed security guards
They property in Lancaster CA on the Eastside Challenger Way and Avenue J has no air conditioning and they will not disclose this until after you rent your place.
All of the women in the Canoga park office really has a problem with Black American women and the few that they have working for them is only a cover up and they are a constant turnover.
Please do not do any business with these people before getting a property inspection.

They are quick to email you, blow up your phone, take legal action if you dont pay your rent. But if you as the tenant need help they dont answer their emails or return your phone calls. I cant wait for my lease to be over..
