Terrible. They have delayed the shipment of our couch several times. Two weeks ago we were told it would ship the following week. Then the next day they called and said it would be two weeks before since they only come to my area once a week (? I live in a city, not a rural town.) And now I just call a text saying it has been delayed yet again and they will "let me know" when it will be delivered now once they know. Not quite sure why Albany Park chooses to do business with them but I know I will never buy anything else from Albany Park because they use this company.

This is the most unbelievable customer service system I have ever encountered. A robot calls to inform you that there’s a delivery requiring a scheduled appointment, and pressing 1 will connect you to a customer service representative. However, after pressing 1, you end up waiting for 10 minutes or even longer. If no representative is available, why bother calling the customer in the first place? This isn’t an isolated incident—it has happened for four consecutive days. I will never choose to work with this company again.

Can't even get a package from LA to Vegas. The kind of thing that FedEx could deliver next day, instead these jokers end up putting it on a train to Portland and 2 weeks later I still don't have my package.

This is the worst company I have dealt with.. they schedule a furniture delivery this week and I took the time off because nobody can sign for it and when I asked for a specific day of the week they told they can’t give that to me that’s why I took the whole week off .. but now they just told me they can’t deliver it this week.. what a waste of my time.. I’ve told the company I bought the furniture fork to never use this company because they risk their name being associated with this worthless company who doesn’t value other people’s time..

Extremely busy place. They tell you to drop trailer and they will call you. 6 hours later went back to ask and it had been empty a while they even moved my trailer out haha. No call at all.

They delivered some furniture I bought through Costco and had to reschedule twice, when they finally delivered and assembled the furniture, the drawers were left crooked and hanging because the guide rails weren’t all screwed in. They also stripped out the wood so there was no way to fix the guide rails.

I called in to exchange out the messed up furniture and they said it would be delivered on a certain day, which came and went with no delivery, and no phone call. Trying to get back in touch with them is a nightmare. Terrible experience.
