I had load from SC to this place 2500 mile . And I arrived early to drop off and did not receive the load. Staff is worked too slowly.

Keep Away from this facility. I arrived 3 hours from appointment time to drop a container & the guard lady said i was extremely early & rejected me. Stay away! Horrible experience!

The workers inside the warehouse are rude you go inside to give them the paperwork and they just look at you and leaving you standing there while they keep chit-chatting there was three ladies there I said I have a delivery for you and they just looked at me kept talking and ignored me I'm a truck driver my time is as precious as yours it does not mean that my time is not as valuable as yours we're both working and we're both doing our job so please be nice people. Just get the paperwork and then keep doing your chatting if you don't want to work that's Amazon problem not mine just get my paperwork and let me go to do my thing. I have a clock to work with to.

I wish I can give zero star to this place. I was not late the appointment time and have the BOL waited for four hours didn't get unload. They just kept asking g for the number that don't exist on the BOL paper. So unprofessional business handling.

If the line wasn’t so long, service technicians would finish their service calls a lot faster. Or if the staff at the checkpoint would do their job faster that would be great.
